A Bit More About Me
Storytelling has been the thread connecting every stage of my life.
Long before I knew what motion design was—or that I could build a career creating content for some of the world's biggest brands—I was finding ways to tell stories. As a kid, that meant theater and musicals, playing in and leading bands, writing music, and grabbing a camera with friends to shoot videos I’d spend hours teaching myself to edit.
By middle school, I was creating video content for my church, a role I continued throughout high school. Along the way, I built and led bands for my school, church, and my own projects. Those experiences taught me something that's shaped my entire career: great creative work isn't just about technical skill—it's about connecting people through emotion, collaboration, and a shared vision.
Early in my career, designing interior and exterior remodeling concepts sharpened my eye for design, composition, and problem-solving, but my passion kept pulling me toward video and motion.
That led me to Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where I joined as a Junior Motion Graphics Designer. Within my first year, I was leading and mentoring junior animators while creating broadcast graphics, in-arena content, and digital campaigns for the Capitals, Wizards, Mystics, and other Monumental properties. It was there I realized I loved building teams just as much as building creative.
When the pandemic eliminated my role, I leaned into freelance work, including the opportunity to design and build a social graphics package for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS), the organization behind the Emmy Awards—a full-circle moment for someone who had admired the Emmys throughout my life.
Soon after, I joined FleishmanHillard's Washington, D.C. office as its sole full-time editor and animator. What began as a one-person video department grew into a team I helped build and lead, eventually becoming one of the most recognized creative groups across the FleishmanHillard network and partnering with teams and clients across industries.
Today, as a Senior Motion Designer & Editor with Omnicom Production, I lead editorial, motion design, and creative direction for some of the world's most recognizable brands across healthcare, consumer products, hospitality, food & beverage, government, and beyond.
Throughout it all, one thing has remained constant: I love helping people tell stories that matter. Whether it's a national campaign, documentary, social-first series, or a single frame of animation, I believe the best creative work doesn't just look beautiful—it creates emotional momentum. It makes people feel something, remember something, and ultimately take action.
For me, that's what great storytelling has always been about.
